About The Project

Astralabs, a parent company of accelerator programs and venture capital firms, sought to scale its operations through mergers, acquisitions, and startup investments. After generating significant revenue for one of its subsidiaries, we were retained to optimize their demand generation, digital transformation, investor relations, and accelerator growth strategies.

We overhauled their CRM and marketing tech stack, built a data infrastructure for investor relations, and improved branding and funnel engineering for their accelerators. As a result, Astralabs achieved 20x revenue growth, expanded their portfolio to 200 companies per month, and increased their portfolio valuation to $486M.
